Cancellation Policy

MGK Plumbing – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At MGK Plumbing, we understand that things come up unexpectedly. We do our best to be flexible and keep our schedule running smoothly so we can serve all our customers promptly. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy below: Cancellations or Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours) If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a $75 cancellation fee may apply to cover lost time and scheduling gaps. Missed Appointments / No-Shows If our technician arrives and is unable to access your property or you are not present, the visit will be considered a missed appointment, and a service call fee will be charged. Emergency or Same-Day Appointments Because these bookings require immediate scheduling, emergency and same-day appointments are non-refundable once a technician has been dispatched. Deposits for Larger Projects Deposits collected for larger projects are non-refundable if the job is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation — this policy helps us keep our services reliable, efficient, and available for everyone. From a young, he was actively involved in his father's plumbing company, Knight's Plumbing, where he cultivated a deep passion the trade. After graduating, he confidently pursued his dream of business ownership and, with relentless determination and a strong work ethic, transformed his company into a thriving venture.

 

Today, Michael proudly runs a family-owned and operated business. Recently, he found love with Katie and embraced the role of father to her children. His inspiring journey demonstrates that with the right mindset, anything is achievable.
